Vespers at Newman, Thursdays at 5:15p Mass & Saturdays ~5:30p
Vespers (Evening Prayer) is part of the 'Liturgy of the Hours' (also called the Divine Office), the official prayer of the Church. The 'Liturgy of the Hours' fulfills the Gospel command to 'pray constantly.'

Recently, Newman students and extended community members have discovered the beauty of this ancient liturgy. We are now gathering at 5:15p on Thursdays for Mass and Vespers in Our Lady Seat of Wisdom Chapel and Saturdays following the 4:30 Mass to pray vespers in community.

Everyone is welcome. Copies of the Office will be provided and we will be happy to guide newcomers through this beautiful liturgy.
